Our Team
Behind every child who returns to school, every family that finds hope, and every life touched by Thiru Oli
is a team that cares deeply.
Thiru Oli is driven by a dedicated team united by a simple purpose — to serve with compassion, dignity and commitment, and to help create brighter futures for children and families living in some of the most underserved communities of Tamil Nadu.
Working alongside tribal and rural communities in remote and economically disadvantaged areas, our team strives to understand the challenges families face and respond with practical, sustainable support.
From helping children access education and remain in school to supporting families through difficult circumstances, we work closely with the communities we serve.
Our work extends beyond providing immediate assistance. We believe that education can break the cycle of poverty and open doors to possibilities that may otherwise remain out of reach. Our team therefore focuses on creating opportunities for children to learn, grow in confidence and dream beyond the circumstances into which they were born.
Our staff, volunteers, educators, community partners and supporters each play an important role in this journey. Working together, we reach children in remote settlements, encourage those who have fallen behind to return to learning, provide educational support and help families navigate the challenges that stand between their children and a better future.
At Thiru Oli, we believe that meaningful change begins with
showing up, listening, caring and walking alongside people in their journey.
We may be a small team, but together with our volunteers, partners and donors,
we strive to be a light of hope — one child, one family and one community at a time.
Little lights. Brighter Futures.
